7.19 Integration Guide – Rentalcars Marketplace
In this article you will find instructions on how to integrate RentSyst with marketplace platform Rentalcars.com. Such platforms are often called Aggregator or Broker.
Rentalcars Marketplace is one of the most popular worldwide booking platforms, so we are highly recommended to create an account here and get additional reservations.
How to connect?
Step 1. Get Rentalcars Account.
You should have verified Rentalcars Account. Use https://marketplace.rentalcars.com/ to sign up and create an account.
Step 2. Add Credentials and integrate.
Please go to RentSyst settings > integration tab > find Rentalcars logo window > open it and add your login and password from Rentalcars Marketplace account as credentials:
Step 3. Connect locations and fleet (Mapping).
You need to make a connection for your working area (locations) and fleet for both platforms. This process is called mapping.
Add your working area (location) – it should be the same as in the Rentalcars account.
Connect your vehicle from the Rentalcars account to the same vehicle inside RentSyst.
Here inside the Mapping section:
- On a left side – you will have a list of all your cars from Rentalcars account
- On the right side – you will have a list of all your cars inside RentSyst account. For your convenience its market with Group and plates name.

When mapping is ready and you connect all your fleet, press the Update Integration button.
Now integration is ready!
You will be able to:
- connect your fleet for both platforms (Rentalcars and RentSyst)
- connect your working areas for both platforms (Rentalcars and RentSyst)
- double-sided integration for calendar and fleet availability (means if car booked inside RentSyst, the same car will not be available for same booking date at Rentalcars, and vice versa)
- automatically receive reservations from Rentalcars inside RentSyst
- take a full control of the orders received from Rentalcars inside RentSyst CRM
